Our Story

“A word is nothing but a painting of a fire. A name is the fire itself”

Tzoco (pronounced SoCo) means “little one” in Náhuatl — a nod to our ancestors’ language and to our small bistro with a big heart for global flavors. The name also connects to SoCo, short for Sonoma County, a tribute to the gorgeous ingredients, place and people who inspire our story.
